Procurement and contracting
All engagements proceed under a written proposal countersigned by both parties. We can sign standard procurement agreements, NDAs, and data-processing addenda before an introductory call — let us know when you send the brief. Standard payment terms: 50% on countersignature and 50% on delivery, unless your procurement requires a different cadence.
For VAT, invoicing, or due-diligence enquiries that require a more formal route than the contact form, write to [email protected] with "Procurement" in the subject line.
