/01 · About the studio

Who, where, what, since when.

/Q1 — Status

Is Blackgeek Ltd a real registered company?

Yes. Blackgeek Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under Companies House number 07337347, incorporated on 5 August 2010. VAT registration GB 133 3206 57. Registered office: 10 Riverside Business Park, Lyon Road, London SW19 2RL, United Kingdom.

The company record is publicly verifiable on the Companies House register at find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/07337347.

/Q2 — Location

Where is Blackgeek based?

The registered office is in London (SW19). The studio practice operates between London and Ramat Gan, Israel — UK company residence with operational presence in Israel since 2012. We're available for in-person meetings in London by appointment.

/Q3 — Founders

Who founded Blackgeek?

Angelo Di Veroli founded Blackgeek Ltd in 2010 and leads the studio's Strategy practice. David Di Tivoli is the studio's Creative Partner, leading identity, editorial and motion work.

Angelo is the sole registered officer at Companies House (per the public officer list for 07337347). David's role is operational and creative rather than statutory.

/Q4 — Practice

What does Blackgeek do?

Strategic marketing across six practices: Strategy, Identity, Campaign, Editorial, Digital, Motion. We also run a dedicated vertical for forex, CFD and prop-trading broker lead generation — compliance-first, jurisdiction-aware, with measurement to FTD, VTD and 90-day LTV.

/02 Working together

/Q5 — Procurement

How do I procure services from Blackgeek?

Send a brief through the contact form or email [email protected]. We respond within two working days, by hand, by a partner.

All engagements proceed under a written proposal countersigned by both parties. Standard payment terms: 50% on countersignature, 50% on delivery. We sign standard procurement agreements, NDAs and data-processing addenda before an introductory call on request.

/Q6 — Regulated sectors

Does Blackgeek work with regulated industries?

Yes — including financial services. Our forex broker vertical operates with awareness of FCA, CySEC, ASIC, ESMA and ISA frameworks.

We do not provide financial, investment, regulated brokerage, or legal/regulatory advice. Clients remain responsible for compliance. We say no to gambling, fossil-fuel extraction, defence, payday lending, and surveillance technology engagements.

/Q7 — Size & timing

What is the typical engagement size and timeline?

Six to fourteen weeks of active work, plus a year of quarterly reviews included in the fee. Engagement fees start at around £40K for a single-practice scope and scale with multi-practice combinations.

We don't run indefinite retainers — they make both sides lazy. If the studio still belongs on a client's team after the included year, we sign a new scope.

/Q8 — Geography

Does Blackgeek work outside the United Kingdom?

Yes, but selectively. About a third of our case studies are based outside London — Berlin, New York, Lagos, Mumbai. We do not open overseas offices, and we decline projects that require more than two long-haul trips inside the engagement window.

/03 Trust, data, credentials

/Q9 — Portfolio

Are Blackgeek's case studies real client work?

Selected work is shown for editorial reference. Engagements may be anonymised, abbreviated, or named with permission where publicly attributable. Metrics derive from client-reported or platform-reported data available at the time of engagement.

Several engagements are subject to NDA and are described at category level only. For attributable reference checks during procurement, write to [email protected].

/Q10 — Data & privacy

How does Blackgeek handle data and privacy?

Blackgeek Ltd is the data controller for personal data submitted via the site, aligned with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. No analytics, advertising, marketing or fingerprinting cookies are set.

Sub-processors used: Cloudflare (CDN), Hetzner (hosting, Germany) and Brevo (transactional email). Full privacy notice details retention, rights and the ICO complaint route.

/Q11 — Credentials

Does Blackgeek hold any professional accreditations?

Angelo Di Veroli holds seven Anthropic Academy certifications covering Claude workflows, Claude Code and API development. The studio is committed to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards (self-declared — see the accessibility statement).

We are not currently members of an industry body. Introductions to client engagements come exclusively by referral.

/Q12 — Pre-brief call

Can I speak to a partner before sending a brief?

Yes. Write to [email protected] with "Introductory call" in the subject. A partner schedules a 30-minute call within five working days. NDAs and DPAs can be signed before the call on request.

We don't do pitch meetings — if there's a fit, we move to a written proposal; if not, we recommend other studios.

Ready to send a brief?

Five steps. About twelve minutes. We respond within two working days, by hand.
